I swear I was going to draw something completely different!

But my fire Yasha demanded some attention, so I ended up drawing him instead. The sketch turned out good, I just added some watercolor style painting and a few extras later. I must admit I really like it. I was going to just dump it in the Junk gallery, but it turned out so good…

Akai is smoking a kiseru, or japanese pipe. They were made of bamboo stick and metal on the ends..he’s probably smoking some good tobacco. Or some relaxing Cannabis perhaps?

I did this drawing today in an openCanvas 1.1 session with a friend. Is not that creative, but I think both my Yasha in human form look lovely. This a strange situation, where Akai is sorta trying to “comfort” a rather sad Aoi… dunno why he looks sad. But he’s sexy anyway

So I found a piece of paper and a black ballpoint pen lying around in the kitchen while chit chatting with my mom. It started as a simple face drawing but you can see that my Fire Yasha follows me everywhere recently. I added a soft, grungy background so it wouldn’t look so dull, but I guess the inks look fine by themselves.

I was playing with Painter IX.5 brushes, more specifically the sumi-e ones. I finished this little piece, I might practice more soon since this one is pretty simple. But I like it enough to post it here
